1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Security

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dkk99 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security. dkk99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

dkk99 accepts deposits through the following methods specifically tailored for Indonesian players:

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the dkk99 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

5.3 Deposit Fees

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed the KYC verification process and your account must be in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Standard withdrawal processing time is 4-8 hours for verified accounts. VIP members enjoy priority processing with withdrawals completed within 1-2 hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, weekends, or Indonesian public holidays.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

6.4 Wagering Requirements

7.3 Bonus Abuse

10. Limitations of Liability

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or if we suspect fraudulent behavior. In the event of suspension, we will investigate the matter thoroughly before taking final action.

11.2 Self-Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus funds will be forfeited.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. We may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month for dormant account maintenance. This fee will be deducted from your account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and applicable laws. dkk99 operates under international licensing and adheres to strict standards of fairness, security, and responsible gaming.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Legal proceedings may only be filed in jurisdictions where dkk99 is licensed to operate.

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against dkk99. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
